Hey parents! Looking for a fun and affordable winter activity for you kids (7-15). Look no further! The LOLCC has you covered with our Junior Curling Program taking place on Wednesdays after school (4:00 - 5:30 PM). Trained instructors will ensure they are learning the skills they need. All you need to do is ensure that they have warm clothing, clean shoes and a helmet (mandatory). Register on-line or at either of our in-person registration events (Oct. 1 & October 4th). The Board of Directors of the Land O' Lakes Curling Club has been working hard over the summer to ensure that the club is ready for the upcoming 2025-2026 curling season. We are looking forward to welcoming back our members and hopefully meeting some new members! We have a variety of leagues to choose from including: Doubles League (Monday evening), Mixed Team League (Tuesday evening), Ladies League (Thursday evening) and an afternoon Mixed Tag Draw League (Mon., Wed., Fri.). League curling gets underway the week of October 6th. We will also be offering a Youth Program beginning October 29th at 4:30 pm!

NEW LEARN TO CURL PROGRAM GEARED TO SENIORS 55+
This year the LOLCC is excited to offer not one, but two opportunities to LEARN TO CURL! The club is pleased to be offering a CONNECTIONS THROUGH CURLING, SENIORS LEARN TO CURL PROGRAM on Thursdays at 11 AM . This new LTC program, which begins on October 9th, is funded in part by the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program and is available free to Seniors 55+. LEARN TO CURL PROGRAM
The LOLCC will be offering our regular LEARN TO CURL PROGRAM. This is an 8-week program taking place on Wednesday evenings. The first Learn to Curl session will be October 29th at 7 pm. Check out the Events page to register for Learn to Curl. Please note we will also be holding an in person registration during our Open House on October 4th and there will be another opportunity to register in person on October 11th.
To register for the Wednesday evening LEARN TO CURL do not click on the New Members link button, please visit our EVENTS page and click on the Registration tab. You can register individually or as a group.

The Land O' Lakes Curling Club, through the financial assistance of a grant from the Ontario Government, is pleased to offer a free Exercise Class for Seniors (55+) on Friday mornings at 11:30 am (classes are @ 45 min.) beginning July 11th.
The classes will be conducted by Terri-Lynn Storms (owner of It's Your Time Fitness Centre). Classes will focus on Balance, Conditioning and Strength Training.
There will be two-eight week sessions. Both will be held in person (at 301 St. Joseph Street, Tweed, ON) or via a videolink.
